We do the opposite.&#xA;If your furnace has a nasty tight curve or a narrow channel that feels impossible to heat, we just build the emitter to match. Whether it&amp;rsquo;s a specific bend radius or a weird length to keep it from hitting your conveyor system, we tweak the quartz tube and the filament layout until it fits perfectly.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, custom shapes aren&amp;rsquo;t magic—they come with a few quirks.&#xA;Bending a tube changes how it handles heat. It creates different stresses than a straight line. Because of that, you can&amp;rsquo;t just bolt them down tight. Your mounting brackets need to give the tube some room to breathe and expand. If you pin it too hard, it’ll snap during a heat cycle.&#xA;Plus, those gold coatings are a bit picky. If oil or dust builds up on the surface, the reflection drops and you lose efficiency. Keep them clean, and they&amp;rsquo;ll keep performing.&#xA;The best part? These are drop-in replacements.
